Refund and Returns Policy

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may be responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This process ensures that you receive the correct item in a timely manner. Please follow the return process outlined above to initiate your return.

Non-Returnable Items
